Girl’s Night In
On the evening of 3rd July a group of “girls” got together in the shop to enjoy an evening of chat and chocolate (courtesy of Galaxy). The Galaxy was supplemented with Pimms, elderflower cordial, strawberries & creme fraiche ... all of which went down well.
Everyone brought in their favourite book and chatted about it for a few minutes. There was an interesting selection ranging from Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen to Another Woman by Penny Vincenzzi. We were all quite tempted by each others selections and now have at least one copy of each book on the shelves.
